However, it was a venture that Nelson never actually started or kicked off, nor did he discuss it with anyone, including Armando. The name holds personal significance for Armando, symbolizing his vision for a smooth and respectful transition during business acquisitions, where the previous owner's legacy harmoniously merges with the new owner's ideas through clear communication and shared goals. About Nelson Montalvo Jr. (1976-2008)
Nelson was Armando's late brother, a bright talent from San Antonio who excelled academically from a young age. He distinguished himself as a member of his high school's academic decathlon team and as a Hispanic Merit Scholar. Nelson's prowess led him to Carnegie Mellon University, where he combined Computer Science with Business Administration, graduating to become a software developer, mentor, and entrepreneur. Tragically, Nelson's life was cut short by a car accident in 2008, but his legacy continues to inspire innovation and leadership.

Armando Montalvo's distinguished information technology career spans over 20 years with 15 years of service in the US Army and Air Force Reserves, where he held integral cybersecurity leadership roles. His expertise extended beyond the military, as he took on lead cybersecurity positions as a government contractor and within the information security departments of multiple multi-billion dollar companies. Through these diverse experiences, Armando honed his strategic acumen and cultivated an unwavering commitment to security and military-disciplined excellence.
Recently, Armando reached a pivotal juncture, choosing to embark on an entrepreneurial path by establishing his own business acquisition venture, Linear Junction. This endeavor was a manifestation of his personal vision and entrepreneurial drive, fueled by a desire to chart his own course. With the steadfast support of his family, Armando set out to create Linear Junction as a platform to facilitate values-driven business ownership successions.
